OUR CLINICAL APPROACH

Resilience Recovery values a relational and individualized approach. Our clinical staff incorporates therapeutic modalities that are congruent with evidenced based approaches. In addition, Resilience prioritizes the importance of education and training among our staff to best serve the population as the clinical field continues to evolve.

We believe that development of internal resources and self-awareness are vital for individuals and families to heal and implement skills to maintain emotional health and sobriety. Our clinical team is therapeutically rooted in the Neuro Affective Relational Model (NARM), while also integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodrama, Mindfulness and Experiential based approaches.

Resilience Recovery Resources offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP also known as Day/Night Treatment with Community Housing), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services and Outpatient (OP) services for young adult males, treating individuals with substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, complex developmental trauma, PTSD, and more. Our treatment model is client-centered, focusing on developing tools for individuals to grow and maintain their own mental health, sobriety and emotional wellbeing. Our community environment enables our young adult population to develop both personal accountability skills and the leadership skills necessary to be accountable to others and also provide support for their fellows. At each phase, clinical services include group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, medical supervision, case management, and academic support services.

The partial hospitalization level of care is designed for individuals as a follow-up to detox or completion of an inpatient residential treatment program, or as a primary treatment program (who are not in need of 24-hours-a-day/7 days-a-week residential treatment). The PHP level of care allows individuals to live in a supportive, community housing location while participating in treatment and uses multidisciplinary teams to provide integration of therapeutic and family services.

The intensive outpatient/outpatient level of care is designed for individuals as a follow-up to detox or completion of an inpatient residential or partial hospitalization treatment program. We are an out-of-network provider. We work with each referring party to provide the highest level of continuity of care so that we may develop a comprehensive treatment plan for each individual. We always recommend that clients receiving treatment reside in a supportive environment to their sobriety, such as a FARR accredited sober living residence. Outpatient groups are separated into adolescent and adult groups, so that each population may fully benefit by the support from their peers. Every client is assigned a Case Manager and Primary Therapist, and receives support from our medical team, Recovery Advocates, and management team.

During the last phase of treatment, each client’s Case Manager and Primary Therapist will work together to create a discharge plan to best serve their client. Our clinical team will create a comprehensive plan that best supports each client and family, in order to serve their individual needs and decrease the risk of relapse. All of our clients are encouraged to remain connected through our Alumni Program and are welcome to attend our community events and programming.
