Resilience Recovery Resources is a dedicated substance abuse treatment facility that addresses the use of meth as well as other drugs, alcohol, and underlying mental health conditions in dual diagnosis treatment for adolescent males and young men. Located in West Palm Beach, Florida, our treatment center provides comprehensive and integrated care for overcoming cravings while getting to the core root of addiction to meth, blending evidence-based therapies and holistic healing options with a culture of sympathy, understanding, and support for your son in their recovery journey.
Each of our rehab programs at Resilience Recovery Resources is built from the ground up, exploring the unique needs, challenges, and stresses of young adult males and the role that meth use has on daily life. Our integrated care for substance use disorders combines proven care with an array of personalized treatment options. Clinicians personalize a treatment plan that addresses clients’ unique needs, goals, and challenges in overcoming meth addiction.
Individualized care and behavioral health support, alongside support groups, group therapy, and professional care across each of our programs, ensures that your son has access to the support needed at any level of care, from our partial hospitalization program (PHP) to our intensive outpatient program (IOP) and outpatient treatment options.
Our comprehensive approach to care also ensures that each client has access to expert staff with lived experience navigating the challenges of overcoming substance use disorders, including meth addiction. We address the personal needs of each client in drug rehab alongside mental health needs, life-skills training, family education and involvement, and tending to social needs in a curated recovery center that celebrates sobriety.
Our focus on clinical excellence and long-term, meaningful change drives us, empowering young men and their families to explore comprehensive healing from meth addiction both inside the walls of our rehab center in South Florida and at home.

Trauma-informed, holistic care approach: We focus on treating the man beneath the addiction. With trauma-informed care and holistic healing opportunities, we focus on not just the immediate effects of addiction on physical and mental health, but also address personal needs, social needs, and provide new experiences to address underlying trauma and its role in the healing journey.

Beautiful and structured living environments: Located in Florida’s beautiful climate, our accommodations combine comfort and on-site amenities with a therapeutic culture focused on lasting change. Overcoming meth addiction is a journey. Finding the right level of care depends on the severity of addiction, underlying needs, and goals in sobriety and healing. We offer an array of comprehensive options to support healing for young adult males, with partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient care all available to address meth use as well as underlying needs, with each program incorporating familial and academic support.
Talking to a representative about your loved one’s needs and options can ensure that we find the right program for their transformative, long-term healing.
We provide on-site PHP for young men, blending meth treatment at our addiction treatment center with specialized treatment for co-occurring disorders. This program serves as a “step down” from more intensive levels of care, such as inpatient treatment and detoxification, and addresses individual needs through effective treatment and quality care.
PHP programs contain about 25 hours of group programming a week, supported by individual therapy sessions, integrated programs for family members, and holistic healing opportunities for effective treatment in meth rehab. This program is accompanied by our recovery residence, which provides young adult and teen males with the opportunity to live alongside peers and truly immerse themselves in the healing culture of West Palm Beach.
With a program that blends evidence-based care, holistic healing, a professional and social support system, and flexible programs that address individual needs and experiences of meth in your son’s life, we are prepared to create a program that builds the skills for lasting success.
The next level of care is our intensive outpatient program (IOP), where those who have effective and practiced coping strategies continue to build a sober, meth-free life while living at home, attending on-site meetings with professionals and peers. This comes with 10 to 15 hours of group programming while continuing to build individual skills to manage stress, triggers, and challenges outside the facility, such as the stresses of academic career, job, and daily life.
Our least intensive level of care, our outpatient program, is designed for those continuing to navigate a successful sober life while remaining an active, engaged, and celebrated member of our sober healing culture. New stresses can always arise, bringing triggers to reengage with meth or the lifestyles that enabled its use. With about 6 hours of programming a week, these programs help address new stresses as they occur, update coping skills and relapse prevention strategies, and foster motivation while celebrating new milestones and focusing on empowerment and skill-building techniques.

Meth addiction can be a devastating disease, and addressing just the surface-level symptoms of meth addiction is only part of the healing process. Each of our programs incorporates treatment services that focus on a whole-person approach to change, addressing the core root of addiction and the personal factors that informed meth use in the first place, with individualized treatment for co-occurring disorders and mental health treatment incorporated into every program.
This includes treatment options for addressing:
Each program also combines proven, evidence-based care with holistic healing and an integrated approach to change, incorporating not just individual skills, but a community of peers, support, and education for family members to facilitate healing in everyday life.
These options include:
Meth addiction is a family disease, with the effects of meth impacting those using the drug and those closest to them every day. We offer support and therapy for families and loved ones, addressing not just the traumatic experiences of living with a loved one with meth addiction, but also working with family members and loved ones to develop skills for healing at home. From support and education about methamphetamine use to strategies to become effective supports, set boundaries, develop communication, and more, our trauma-informed and family-integrated approach to care empowers family members and those overcoming meth use to take a unified approach to lasting change.
Addiction can feel incredibly isolating, so we foster a community of peers to empower men to share their stories with those who understand the difficulties of not only overcoming addiction but also the unique stresses that young men face that can inform these self-destructive coping strategies. Working with peers overcoming meth, alcohol, opioids, prescription drug use, and other challenges creates an atmosphere of understanding, support, and accountability, learning from others in similar experiences while feeling understood throughout the recovery journey.
Healing does not begin or end at our walls. Rather, it is an ongoing journey. We are with you throughout each step, celebrating milestones and empowering young men to maintain their hard-earned, drug-free lives. With aftercare support, alumni integration, and a plethora of healthcare and community resources, we are committed to your lasting change, addressing not just the challenges of addiction but giving you the skills needed to take control of your sober future.

Meth addiction treatment programs are typically covered by health insurance. However, exactly how much is covered will depend on your insurance provider and level of care, with some programs requiring approval and clinical documentation of medical necessity before coverage can begin.
We are prepared to work with you to explore your coverage and verify your benefits before beginning any treatment program with us. We ensure there are no surprises when it comes to your options, so you can begin your program with confidence and a commitment to healing.
There is no definite “end date” to rehab. Rather, each program will progress at the client’s pace. Programs can vary in length depending on progress, severity of addiction, and underlying needs and co-occurring disorders. We work with young men and their families at every level and continue to support healing even after they graduate from one of our programs through ongoing alumni and aftercare programs.
